SEO Project Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a SEO Project Manager
• In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology, particularly in digital marketing or creative agency
• Manage end-to-project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring and delivery
• In-depth experience in Website Development Cycle from onboarding to finish and knows how to use Elementor
• Good organizational skills
• Able to manage external contractor for website design, content creation, and other digital marketing tasks, primarily through Upwork
• Oversee client onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration into agency workflows
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Outstanding English communication skills (Written and Verbal)
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented. Be able to track and monitor the project in a timely manner
• Flexible and can work any hours of the day
• Coordinate and able to assign, and track tasks among internal team members using ClickUp, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
• Ability to engage in Zoom calls with clients to facilitate clear communication and project progress
• Ensure project deliverables align with client goals and agency standards
• Proactively manage scope changes, risks, and issues, providing solutions and clear communication to all involved parties
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize project performance and outcomes
• Continuously assess and improve project management processes, providing innovative ideas for enhanced efficiency and client satisfaction
• Knowledge to supervise the following : WordPress / Elementor / Clickup / Visual Website Design / Technical Website Development / Website migration and email migration
• Familiar with using the following : Proxmox / Newsletters / Zapier Make.com / N8N / Email management / Server Managent / Logo Design
• With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber) and with internet backup
