Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the national sales team to achieve volume, revenue, and distribution targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans by region, channel (retail, horeca, wholesale), and product
- Build strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, bars, restaurants, and trade partners
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with trade marketing and brand teams to ensure effective market execution
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives across the country
- Ensure compliance with local laws and responsible alcohol marketing practices
Qualifications & Skills :
Kenyan citizen with in-depth knowledge of the local liquor marketBachelors degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus)5+ years' experience in sales management within the liquor, beverage, or FMCG industryStrong leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsExperience managing key accounts and distributorsWilling to travel across Kenya regularlyApply Now!
