Responsibilities

• Find out, adjust, repair or overhaul the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
• Carry out periodic maintenance of the heavy equipment machinery
• Test machinery after repair or assembly to ensure proper functioning and compliance
• Provide technical support to customers and maintain amicable client relations
• Ensure that work is undertaken in a safe manner and that practices conform to safety regulations and procedures
• Stock machine management and periodic maintenance
• RI, PDI, DI, regular service and customer training etc. standard service action implementation
• Technical support to sales team
• Complete other task given by the line manager
