We’re looking for someone to generate quality leads for our two core products :
- Brand Yourself, which is a three-month online course designed for entrepreneurs, students and client facing teams. With a mix of videos, worksheets and examples, this course guides users through a process to create tangible assets like an updated CV and LinkedIn profile, compelling content, and a content calendar —all with authenticity at the core.
- Dapper 9 , which is our flagship six month process designed for leaders and established entrepreneurs. It’s an immersive one‑on‑one programme for people ready to make meaningful shifts in how they lead, communicate and connect. It’s a ‘done with you’, rather than a DIY or done for you approach - perfect for leaders who face imposter syndrome or feel lonely at the top.
As a Lead Generator
Your role will be to fill the top of the funnel with quality leads - whether this is with individuals, organisations, educational institutions or NPOs. This is a commission based role, so can be full time or part time, and there is scope to get involved in supporting the growth of other Dapper products in the future too.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & relationship building : Identify, approach, and secure conversations with key people in relevant organisations.Leverage your network : Utilise your existing relationships and connections to foster new opportunities to scale Brand Yourself and drive Dapper 9 sales.Monitor and report back on performance to the Dapper leadership team, adapting tactics as needed for success.Represent Dapper's brand with authenticity, in a way that aligns with our vision and purpose (as well as your own personal brand).Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends to better position Brand Yourself.We’re Looking For Someone :
Who most importantly, can get the job done, and has done so before. If you’re thinking of applying, the expectation will be that you show up with case studies of your proven track record in sales and commercial success in strategic partnership development.5+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, and / or relationship management, particularly within online education, branding, or a related sector.A tertiary education (preferred) : a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.A passion for business development and a proven ability to build lasting relationships that drive sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.A strong, authentic personal brand.An ability to work independently, manage time effectively and be resourceful.An intrapreneurial mindset (you read that right - intrapreneurship is the act of behaving like an entrepreneur while working within an organisation.)You’ll Thrive Here If :
