Senior Real Estate Agent

Minimum requirements :

• Must have a relevant degree or diploma
• Must have at least 5 - 7 years experience in a real estate sales role with a strong preference in selling NEW DEVELOPMENTS
• Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable transport
• Must be residing in close proximity to Midrand
• Key responsibilities would be Sales and Client Management
• Market and Product knowledge
• Administration and Compliance
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling properties, be a strategic thinker, has a deep understanding of the real estate market and achieve and exceed sales targets
• Personal attributes would include results-orientated, professionalism, resilient, adaptable and a team player
