REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management and / or marketing management within the real estate or property development sector
- Real Estate or Marketing qualification advantageous
- Experience in managing a property sales team
- Working knowledge of property marketing campaigns & execution of sales rollout
- Working experience with relevant real estate software systems, CRM & Social Media ap
- Experience with regulatory compliance obligations for PPRA and FIC
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant industry software tools
- Results driven and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience managing budgets and drive profitability successfully
