Job Description

Our client has an opportunity for a skilled individual to join their team in the capacity of a Continuous Improvement Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following :

• Develop and manage technical, analytical, monitoring and reporting frameworks with supporting systems and databases
• Oversee category-wide project planning and execution, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
• Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives across sites within the organisation
• Standardise and improve operating methods across the sites
• Conduct and support internal audits
• Proven project management expertise, able to manage complex, multi-site initiatives effectively
• Ability to inspire and lead change, motivating teams to adopt new ways of working
• Identify, scope, and deliver cost-saving and waste-reduction projects with measurable impact.
