Mid Senior Transformation / Change Manager

Job Description

• Apply a structured change management methodology and lead change management activities across projects and programmes.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure smooth adoption of changes.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Support the design, development, and delivery of communication strategies to effectively engage impacted stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between business, technology, and people change requirements.
• Provide input training strategies and assist with the design and implementation of training and support materials.
• Monitor and evaluate change adoption and develop corrective actions where required.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies related to change impact and resistance.
• Drive continuous improvement in change management practices and tools.
