Workshop Manager

Our client a well established Truck organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to oversee the Trailer maintenance and repair operations. The Workshop Manager will be responsible for leading a team of technicians ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of trailers and managing the workshops day-to-day operations. If you have a strong background in commercial trailer maintenance and management exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to safety and quality we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Proven experience (5 years) in trailer maintenance and repair with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of trailer systems.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse team and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in computer applications and maintenance software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
• Valid drivers license.
