WatersEdge Solutions is seeking a detail-driven Revenue Operations Executive to support the day-to-day efficiency and insight of go-to-market teams. Working within a fast-growing B2B tech environment, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining systems, improving workflows, and delivering reporting that enables marketing, sales, and customer success to operate at their best.
About the Role
You’ll report into senior RevOps leadership and help manage CRM data hygiene, dashboard creation, and process documentation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of experience looking to deepen their exposure to analytics, sales automation, and scalable system design in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain CRM data quality and drive team adoption
Create dashboards and reports for funnel analysis, KPIs, and pipeline visibility
Collaborate with GTM teams on campaign tracking, lead routing, and territory alignment
Document and optimize SOPs for core revenue processes
Coordinate tool integrations between CRM, marketing automation, and PRM platforms
Contribute to forecasting support, quota tracking, and pipeline health reviews
Deliver operational insights for leadership decision-making
Support ad hoc analysis across sales, marketing, and customer success
What You’ll Bring
2–4 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or a related function
Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Understanding of SaaS metrics, funnels, and revenue KPIs
Degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field
Collaborative, proactive, and excited to learn in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience with marketing automation platforms or PRM tools
Familiarity with campaign reporting and lead tracking
Exposure to sales enablement tools and RevOps workflows
