Revenue Operations Lead

We're currently seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to take charge of the full Cash to Order (C2O) cycle. This is a strategic and high-impact role, perfect for a process-driven leader with a solid grasp of financial operations in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

As a Revenue Operations Lead you will :

• Managing the end-to-end Cash to Order process including customer billing, cash application, collections, and dispute resolution
• Driving continuous process improvement to enhance working capital efficiency and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
• Partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, and Operations) to streamline the Order-to-Cash workflow
• Overseeing customer onboarding, credit vetting, and credit management processes
• Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators, with regular reporting on collections and aging
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and external audit requirements
• Serving as a subject matter expert in ERP and financial systems supporting the C2O process

Job Experience and Skills Required :

Minimum of 5 years experience in Order to Cash / Cash to Order operations

BCom in Finance or equivalent qualification

Proven track record in collections, billing, and reconciliations

Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Analytical thinker with a drive for process improvement and optimization

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
