Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support for seamless client experiences

Maintain accurate CRM records and share insights to enhance service

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For :

1+ year experience in sales roles

Fluent in English or Portuguese (verbal & written)

Strong interpersonal skills; able to build trust with diverse clients

Proven track record meeting retention KPIs in fast-paced settings

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
