Duties & Responsibilities

• Engineering qualification (ideally electrical or mechanical).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical field with selling solutions in Business Development management.
• Strategic selling and account management approach.
• Automotive industry experience would be an advantage.
• Willing to travel to Eastern Cape, Gauteng, and KZN.

Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to increase market share within South Africa.

Research and identify potential international markets for the organisation’s services.

Meet with existing and potential customers regularly to understand their needs and challenges.

Oversee publications on the company's various social media platforms.

Collaborate with the sales team to assist in closing top tenders.

Conduct thorough market research to understand the dynamics of target regions and international markets.

Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.

Regularly report on business development activities, market trends, and key performance indicators.
