This FinTech provider in the heart of Sandton is looking for a Group HR Executive .

Duties & Responsibilities

Prism Placements and this FinTech provider are looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Group HR Executive to join their team at group / national level.

Experience & Requirements

• Completed Masters degree in HR - a MUST
• Min 8-10 years experience handling the full HR function from success management, programmes, performance management, employee development to retention / attraction of staff – KEY FOR THIS ROLE
• Experience working in a 1000+ organisation and collaborating with EXCO
• Experience managing a sizable team
• Well versed in MS Office Suite

Remuneration

From R2.5M to R3M C.T.C. per annum (experience depending)
