Overview

A Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations during a specific shift at a workplace. Their job purpose typically includes the following key responsibilities :

• They manage and oversee the work of employees during their shift, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes assigning duties, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
• They are able to perform well in a high intensity stressful environment
• They are able to supervise a team of up three members effectively to maximise the service levels to the highest possible standards.
• They are able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to be developed in supervision.
• They are expected to attend various development training session in order to qualify for the rank of Site supervisor 1 within 1 year, if not yet qualified.
• They are able to compile various security related reports including CCTV review reports
