Role Overview

The Paralegal will support the firm’s attorneys through meticulous document drafting, proofreading, and formatting using Microsoft Word. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong English proficiency, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion. This is a long-term opportunity for a professional who takes ownership, works efficiently under minimal supervision, and maintains a high standard of quality in all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and agreements using Microsoft Word.
• Perform advanced document formatting, including tables, numbering, and cross-references.
• Review and correct grammar, structure, and legal terminology for clarity and precision.
• Maintain document version control and ensure compliance with firm standards.
• Provide administrative legal support, including correspondence and basic filings.
• Manage sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal team members to meet deadlines and implement feedback.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience : 2-5 years as a paralegal, legal assistant, or document specialist.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.

Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (styles, formatting, track changes, and layout).

Language : Native or near-native English fluency (written and spoken).

Soft Skills : Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
