Key Responsibilities

• Build end‑to‑end solutions for payroll, benefits, and other services, owning the experience and collaborating closely with senior product team members.
• Lead on solutions with minimal support, driving strategic and tactical decisions for your product area.
• Manage internal expectations for projects, products, and features while contributing to high‑level planning and road mapping.
• Ship improvements iteratively, ensuring solutions align with key business KPIs and deliver value to customers.
• Communicate and collaborate across teams, promoting your work and fostering a transparent, async culture.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on mobile experiences and related product challenges.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Remote’s Total Rewards philosophy ensures fair, unbiased compensation, competitive equity pay, and comprehensive benefits. Base salary range for this role is $54,900 to $154,400, adjusted for role, level, and location.
