Are you an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist looking for your next exciting project? Our client’s Enterprise Systems Division is seeking a dynamic professional to support and enhance their newly implemented Oracle HCM Cloud System .

Location : Pretoria (Onsite, 5 days a week)

Overview

You will play a pivotal role in providing system support, managing quarterly updates, and driving new HCM initiatives including performance, compensation, and payroll cycles.

Responsibilities

• Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support experience in :
• Recruitment
• Integration to Oracle ERP Payroll
• Manage quarterly patch releases (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct 2026)
• Oversee performance and compensation cycles (Mar–Jun 2026)
• Support payroll tax year-end (Feb 2026)
