Position Overview
As a Virtual Administrative Assistant at Water Tower Group you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. You will work remotely from your home office providing administrative support to our team members and assisting with various tasks to help our business run efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and other events
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Assist with project management tasks such as tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and other financial tasks
- Provide general administrative support such as ordering office supplies and managing office equipment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred2 years of experience in an administrative roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareStrong organizational and time‑management skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyAttention to detail and accuracyStrong problem‑solving and decision‑making skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionWe Offer
