Corrugator Coordinator

The candidate must have the following qualifications :

 Grade 12

 Trade Certificate in Packaging Manufacturing Machine Minder is essential. (Corrugator Operator)

 Minimum Supervisor course NQF 4

 Proficient in Office Suite Products

 Proven track record in a leadership position of 5 years with managing a minimum of 20 employees

 Written Safe Working Procedures - pass mark must be achieved.

 A valid certificate for Accident & Incident investigation.

 Emergency Evacuation Co- Ordinator Training

 Previous experience in corrugated production management beneficial

 Able to manage and lead a team; be innovative and a problem solver; excellent interpersonal and written

• communication skills;
•  Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task effectively, and must be deadline-driven;

 Must have good planning and organizing skills.

 Experience in managing teams

 Ability to deal with increasing complexity in processes and practices to achieve new opportunities and greater

production output

 Ability to work under pressure, independently, and long hours when needed

 Maintain production standards within the prescribed targets.

 Maintain minimum waste percentages in production

 Able to identify training and development needs

 Shift working essential

Your key responsibilities :

 Supervise and Control Manpower

 Maintain production standards within the prescribed targets with minimum waste percentages in production

 Identify training and development needs

 Housekeeping standards are kept at high standard

 Maintain customer delivery deadlines

 Maintain proper communication and interaction with departments running the corrugator

 Maintain Health & Safety standards at all times

 Maintain administrative functions at all times

 Institute disciplinary actions where required

 Attend relevant meetings representing the production department
