Applicants are required to meet the following criteria :
- Degree or above
- 5+ years automotive experience
- Experience in aftersales service management at an OEMs
- Experience in management and knowledge of Chinese brand after-sales service in the SA market
- Proficient with MS office
- Good teamwork and communication skills

Development of dealer service standard process and design of policiesSupervision of service activities implementationLead / develop after sales service teamClaims and quality management develop standards, quality analysisService channel development and management evaluating and optimizing channelsDealer capacity enhancement organize dealer trainingCustomer relationship management surveys; customer improvement programsSpare parts management procurement, management and forecasting of spare partsSal ary : Market related
