Job descriptionTo ensure the effective implementation of the dealer standards, corporate Identity norms, manpower adequacy, quality, customer centricity and after sales process & systems. Strategise, plan and execute aftersales business growth through VIN retention and per repair order revenue, aftersales standards of fairness / timeliness, CRM initiatives, customer management / feedback process. Capability development of dealerships to deliver on aftersales customer service. Analyse dealer performance with help of data and trend charts and review business / CSI, parts, dealer traffic light, MSXI, etc. Business operations Dealer management Customer Management Reporting 5-8 years OEM working experience within Automotive Clear understanding of dealershio functioning Project management experience essential Experience in Aftersales strategies, forecasting and relationship building Sales / Retail / Business Development jobs
