The Role : Business Development Assistant
This role is focused on managing and expanding the companys LinkedIn prospecting and engagement strategy. You will be responsible for initiating high-quality conversations, maintaining consistent follow-up, and identifying new ways to connect with the target audience. Your work will directly support the companys lead generation efforts and overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Log in daily to the company LinkedIn account and execute planned outreach
Send tailored, well-crafted messages to targeted prospects
Engage with relevant industry content through strategic comments
Monitor and respond to messages promptly, managing follow-ups systematically
Make follow-up phone calls to secure appointments
Track all outreach activity in a CRM or spreadsheet
Test and refine outreach templates and response processes for higher conversion
About You
1+ years experience in sales, customer support, or outreach roles
Exceptional written English with a clear, confident, and professional tone
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Understanding of LinkedIns role in B2B sales
Bonus : experience with CRM tools, lead generation, or the FM / risk / safety space
