Salary up to R40 000 per month, market‑related and commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience. Preference will be given to African and Coloured males. A degree is essential for the position.
Responsibilities
- Execute the digital marketing plan in partnership with internal teams and global counterparts.
- Develop and lead organic and paid digital marketing strategies.
- Implement SEO, PPC, and manage Google Ads with cost efficiency.
- Oversee website content, updates, and analytics reporting.
- Use data insights to support decisions that drive donor and fundraising outcomes.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to optimise integrated campaign delivery.
- Monitor emerging digital trends and share innovations with the team.
- Manage CMS platforms and Linktree optimisation.
- Deliver high‑quality internal digital marketing performance reports.
Qualifications
Relevant degree in digital marketing or related field; at least 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the NPO sector).Skilled in CMS (preferably WordPress), social media platforms, and analytics tools.Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and campaign optimisation.Strong content development, copywriting and project management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office; Photoshop and basic HTML are advantageous.Collaborative, adaptable and open to occasional international travel.Skills and Abilities
