We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager to drive Cisco's growth across our partner network in Johannesburg.
This role focuses on building strong relationships, expanding market reach, and supporting our Cisco‑loyal partners through proactive engagement and strategic execution.
What you'll do
- Develop and grow vendor‑focused partners through high‑touch engagement.
- Build and manage strategic partner plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase Cisco's footprint and drive partner adoption of digital tools.
- Ensure sales excellence through accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM management (D).
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver exceptional partner support.
What you bring
Matric + Tertiary qualification (Business, Marketing, or IT preferred).1–3 years' experience in sales support, account management, or channel operations (IT distribution / vendor environment ideal).Knowledge of Cisco products and partner programs an advantage.Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.At Westcon‑Comstor, we live our values — Ambition, Integrity, Partnership, and Accountability — and we're passionate about growing together.
