We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager – Retention to manage and grow long-term client relationships within the Engineering sector .
This role focuses on client satisfaction, contract renewals, and strategic retention initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be commercially astute, technically aware, and passionate about delivering seamless client experiences.

- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key clients
- Coordinate service delivery between internal teams and client stakeholders
- Proactively manage contract renewals and retention strategies
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client business goals
- Monitor client satisfaction, renewal cycles, and service metrics
