Job descriptionBase Salary : R25,000 R30,000 p.m. Commission : £20 ( R350) per qualified appointment On-Target Earnings (OTE) : Uncapped Commission : The more you deliver, the more you earn! Examples of previous B2B sales or lead generation success Your process for outreach : How do you structure emails, LinkedIn messages, or cold calls? Experience using CRMs and outbound sales tools Metrics : Appointments booked, targets met / exceeded, pipeline managed Communication skills how you build rapport and qualify prospects Enthusiasm for working with UK clients and growing in international SaaS or tech sales
As a Sales Development Representative , youll play a key role in helping Jiffjaff's clients grow by booking qualified appointments with decision-makers in target industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Outbound prospecting via calls, LinkedIn, and email
- Booking qualified meetings and handing over to Account Executives
- Using CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce) to manage leads and pipeline
- Achieving 20 qualified meetings per month
- Contributing directly to client revenue through quality lead generation
Compensation & Commission :
Base ±R300,000 p.a.
Commission ±R84,000 p.a.
Total ±R384,000 p.a.
