We're seeking someone experienced in sourcing and engaging administrative talent globally, with a passion for creating exceptional recruiting experiences. You’ll assist internal stakeholders in attracting top talent through creative sourcing, deep research, and market insights. If you're well-connected, curious, and passionate about non-tech recruiting, this role is ideal. You’ll lead recruitment efforts for administrative and executive roles, managing the entire hiring process—from developing sourcing strategies to negotiating offers. Building strong networks inside and outside the company is essential. Responsibilities :

• Close administrative roles of various levels of complexity, including C-level positions (as a plus).
• Build long-term candidate relationships.
• Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from discussing requirements with hiring managers to extending job offers.
• Negotiate with candidates and support them throughout the process.
• Provide personalized feedback to candidates.
• Manage all stages of the hiring process within SmartRecruiters ATS, ensuring accuracy and quality.
