Business Segment : Business & Commercial Banking
Responsibilities :
- Understand the local area to maximize acquisition opportunities.
- Proactively acquire new risk groups within the Business segment.
- Ensure optimal product penetration on acquisition of all risk groups.
- Ensure effective onboarding of new Risk Groups and retention of existing risk groups.
- Provide effective relationship management aimed at optimizing customer profitability and value to the Bank.
- Execute the bank's offering in line with the Customer Value Proposition for the business segment.
Qualifications :
Business Commerce DegreeExperience :
5-7 years previous managerial experience, including 3 years as a Business Manager, Account Manager, or any other related role dealing with high-value commercial customers.Experience in preparing and motivating credit applications, business risks, industry risks, and financial requirements pertaining to the business market.Additional Information :
