Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and follow up on new leads for prospective business.
• Manage the Tendering team and take responsibility for the preparation of tenders.
• Prepare and respond to tender clarification submissions.
• Participate in contract award negotiations and conclusions.
• Maintain effective liaison with stakeholders through pre- and post-contract stages.
• Oversee and manage all Quantity Surveying aspects and projects.
• Work in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
