Job descriptionCA(SA) with 810+ years in commercial finance, pricing strategy, or operational finance. Proven track record in leading teams through transformation and optimisation. Strong expertise in ERP systems, financial operations, and process automation. Experience in B2B, fintech, or technology-led environments is highly advantageous. A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, stakeholder influence, and adaptability.
Were looking for a strategic and commercially astute finance leader to take on the role of Head of Commercial. This pivotal position reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for driving our commercial strategy, ensuring financial operational excellence, and aligning financial decisions with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead pricing, modelling, and commercial decision-making to support revenue growth.
- Deliver engaging commercial presentations to clients, strengthening long-term partnerships.
- Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders, supporting business cases and strategic opportunities.
- Optimise financial systems, processes, and reporting for efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing and service levels.
- Oversee commercial analytics, reporting, and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.
