Programme Lead Midrand

Overview

Contribute to a steady flow of deals by taking responsibility for the overall project management of a portfolio of infrastructure development projects. Work across business units from project developer / sponsor to investment team and key stakeholders, providing project preparation support to ensure bankability of proposed projects. Monitor progress of large-scale infrastructure projects, manage procurement of resources, calculate project costing, design and implement complex project / programme plans, identify and mitigate risks, and report on project progress and successes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management across a portfolio of infrastructure development projects to achieve funding and implementation opportunities.
• Coordinate with project developers / sponsors, investment teams, and stakeholders to prepare bankable projects.
• Monitor progress, manage procurement, calculate costs, and design / implement complex project / programme plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes.
