Identify and convert new business opportunities in the logistics / road freight sector.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to add value.
Negotiate and close deals within approved pricing frameworks.
Maintain accurate records on CRM and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Build strong internal and external relationships to ensure service excellence.
Support seamless onboarding of new clients and handover to operations and retention teams.
Reporting & Management Support
Provide regular feedback and market insights to management.
Contribute to pricing discussions and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
