Responsibilities
- Manage the BBBEE compliance and verification process in alignment to business strategy.
- Develop and implement the Enterprise Supplier Development (ESD) strategies that engage key stakeholders, build brand awareness and support business objectives.
- Manage Employment Equity compliance and statutory reporting.
- Support with the development, monitoring and reporting of ESD related policies and procedures.
- Oversee adherence to budget, performance requirements and work plans to achieve ESD goals.
- Support team in developing and delivering on Diversity Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
