Senior Labour Legal Advisor

Required qualification and working knowledge :

• LLB Degree
• 2 3 Years of experience with Employment Law
• 2+ Years of experience representing clients at the CCMA and / or Bargaining Council
• Admission as an Attorney or Advocate
• Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of labour law
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Ability to work well under pressure, with excellent administrative, time management, communication, and writing skills
• Must demonstrate adaptability, initiative, and confidence.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle
• Possess a valid drivers license
