Group Legal Advisor : Multinational (9-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Youll have strong support, but this role is for a self-driven legal professional who can manage complex legal matters independently. The ideal candidate will have broad experience across industries , particularly in service contract management , corporate transactions, and litigation.

Minimum Requirements :

• LLB degree and completed Articles of Clerkship
• 10 years post-admission experience
• Proven in-house legal advisory experience
• Litigation experience and ability to navigate complex disputes
• Strong experience with service contracts (across any industry)
• Confident engaging with directors and managing expectations
• Broad expertise across contracts, company secretarial matters, shareholder agreements, SLAs, NDAs, leases, loan agreements, and dispute resolution
