About the Role :

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving revenue? Mango5 is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join our high-energy team! In this role, you’ll prospect new leads, upsell to existing clients, and close deals while delivering top-notch customer service. If you love sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Cold calling to generate new business opportunities.

Upselling & cross-selling to existing customers.

Building strong, long-term client relationships.

Managing leads and pipelines in CRM systems (HubSpot / Zendesk experience is a plus!).

Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Working rotational shifts to align with USA business hours.

What We’re Looking For :

2+ years of outbound sales experience with in the UK / USA BPO environment(cold calling & customer sales).

Excellent English communication (both verbal and written).

Matric certificate

Clear criminal record.

CRM-savvy (experience with HubSpot or Zendesk is an advantage).

Tech proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a high-pressure sales environment.
