Build Relationships : Develop and maintain connections with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.Strategic Planning : Create and execute business development strategies to capture new opportunities and drive growth.Lead Negotiations : Manage negotiations for high-value deals, ensuring alignment with Raizcorp’s objectives.Market Insights : Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify and act on new business opportunities.Proposal Management : Prepare and present tailored proposals to senior stakeholders, highlighting Raizcorp’s value.Collaborate with Leadership : Work with the executive team to align strategies and provide insights on growth opportunities.Represent Raizcorp : Act as a thought leader at industry events and networking functions.Cold Calling : Proactively engage potential clients through cold calling to generate leads and expand Raizcorp’s client base.Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience : At least 5-8 years in business development or sales with C-suite engagement. Proven success in securing high-value deals.Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
