Qualification and Experience needed

Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or related fields with a programming background
Bachelor’s degree with specialization in mathematics, statistics, or actuarial science is advantageous
Experience with databases, especially SQL
Programming and data analytics experience
Experience in managing projects and leading teams
Proven track record in business development and relationship building
At least 3 years of management experience within the financial services industry

Required Knowledge and Skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to drive stakeholder change management

Strong report writing skills

Excellent analytical skills

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Intermediate SQL knowledge

Working knowledge of the regulatory environment relevant to the company

The successful candidate must :

Be willing to work overtime as needed
