What is your role

The Technical Implementations Specialist brings solutions to life. You’ll configure, deploy, and maintain client and internal platforms using no-code and low-code tools and integration tools, working closely with the Solutions Architect and Engineering teams to ensure seamless adoption and lasting success.

This is a hands-on technical role, ideal for someone who loves solving problems, testing builds, and improving systems that serve real users. You’ll also help document deployments and provide ongoing support and optimization.

What will you do

Configure and deploy internal and client platforms like Zendesk, Gorgias, Salesforce, Kodif, and PixieBrix

Prototype internal and client-facing use cases, escalating to Engineering for custom builds

Create and maintain admin guides, help articles, and technical documentation for clients and internal teams based on your designs
