Cost Controller

Responsibilities

• Analyze and track costs for raw materials, inventory and labour
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and cost reports
• Reconcile cost certifications, additional expenses and PBO closures
• Update formulation costs and Freight Out reports by product / unit
• Compare actual manufacturing costs to weighted average costings
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits
• Conduct cost simulations for direct material changes
• Verify product marginality and provide ad hoc costing analyses
• Support the annual budgeting process
