Responsibilities :
- Lead the sales team across three inland regions, executing against budgets.
- Manage teams, develop strategies, and adapt to diverse market dynamics.
- Foster customer relationships by delivering superior performance management while supporting our culture and aligning efforts with company goals.
- Drive sales growth through strategic planning, data insights, customer focus, and lead conversion.
- Support, lead, and develop the sales team to meet targets and uphold company values.
- Manage budgets, track performance, and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Build strong customer relationships by resolving issues and providing excellent service.
Reporting :
Report to the General Manager.
Minimum Education :
National Senior Certificate (Non-negotiable)
Skills & Knowledge :
Excellent communication skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & SAP Business OneTechnical understanding of motor vehicle air-conditioning and product knowledge (preferred)Automotive Parts Product KnowledgeCustomer service and experienceMathematical NumeracyBusiness acumenPreferred Exposure & Experience :
CRM systemsOKR process and understandingNetstock & QlikviewExisting customer networkAt least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Automotive PartsAt least 2 years of management or supervisory experienceWholesale or retail replacement parts sales experience (preferable)Experience in automotive mobile (moving) and air conditioning (preferable)Proven track record of delivering sales growthRemuneration & Benefits :
Salary : 30K – 40K depending on experience
Commission, Medical Aid contribution, and Provident fund.
