Casino Host

Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a casino environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Knowledge of casino games and operations is a plus Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome to the casino onboard the cruise ship
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have
- Promote and explain the various casino games and activities to guests
- Monitor the casino floor and ensure that all guests are having a positive experience
- Build relationships with guests and provide personalized service to enhance their experience
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist in organizing and hosting special events and promotions
- Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming casino events and promotions
- Monitor and report on guest feedback and suggestions to management
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as gaming regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Other duties as assigned by management
