The Team Manager will lead, coach, develop, and drive the performance of a team of Sales Consultants. This role is responsible for daily operational management, performance delivery, compliance adherence, culture building, staff development, and ensuring achievement of sales KPI's
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage & motivate a team of sales consultants.
- Set, monitor & drive weekly / monthly sales targets.
- Manage performance, quality, productivity & development.
- Coach, develop, vest & train new and existing consultants.
- Manage capacity, attendance, IR issues, absenteeism, disciplinary matters.
- Ensure strict compliance and adherence to call structure, QA & legislation.
- Deliver on active campaigns and project-based targets.
Qualification & Experience
Matric (or equivalent qualification)Practical experience of IR processesMinimum of 3 years’ team management experience in a sales environmentFinancial Services experience (Long-term insurance and within a sales-oriented environment)#J-18808-Ljbffr
