Duties and Responsibilities :

• Release deliveries as per allocated picking dates on SAP.
• Ensure sufficient work for pickers.
• Allocate dispatch lanes correctly.
• Monitor picker performance and ensure average of 30 picks per hour.
• Assist Customer Services / Customers with special requests.
• Monitor daily operational reports and take corrective action.
• Ensure all consignments are dispatched timely.
• Monitor Trade Counter activity and assist with workload / documentation.
• Monitor environment for safety and take corrective action.
• Ensure high standard of housekeeping.
• Conduct daily staff meetings.

Job Requirements & Skills :

Education :

Minimum / Essential : Grade 12

Desirable : Computer Literacy

Experience :

Minimum / Essential : Knowledge of WMS
