Bartender

We are seeking a professional Bartender to join the Food & Beverage team and provide exceptional beverage service in a luxury hotel bar environment. The successful candidate will craft cocktails, serve beverages, and deliver a welcoming, engaging experience for all guests.

Critical Criteria (Requirements)

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a bartender in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants
• Certification in wine, spirits, and mixology advantageous
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, bar operations, and responsible alcohol service
• Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• South African citizen with a valid ID
