Senior BI / Data Consultant

As a BI / Data Consultant, you will analyze complex data, design impactful visualizations, and develop data integration strategies that drive smart business decisions. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and customers to create customized data solutions while ensuring data accuracy and availability across systems.

You'll serve as the go-to SYSPRO ERP expert, guiding clients through complex queries, troubleshooting, and providing top-level consulting on ERP issues to ensure seamless business operations.Â

What you'll do :

• Be an effective team player within the SYSPRO team and broader organization.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Qlik etc..) to communicate key metrics.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Manage and optimize data integration processes, ensuring data is clean, accurate, and readily available for analysis.
• Collaborate with teams to define and implement data strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate technical data into actionable business recommendations.
• Ensure timely updates to calls and provide optimal solutions on each interaction.
• Meet deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction standards.
• Update weekly timesheets and meet SLA requirements for each call.
• Utilize an enquiring mind, thinking outside the box when solving problems.
• Be certified in relevant SYSPRO disciplines.
• Possess strong business knowledge of any ERP (preferably SYSPRO).
• Conduct root cause analysis and empower customers by sharing your expertise.
• Contract opportunity with the option of going permanent.Â
