Junior HR Manager

Minimum Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• BCom in Human Resource Management or a Diploma in a related field
• Strong knowledge of Labor Law and HR best practices
• Ability to work independently and implement HR Strategies effectively
• Experience in Performance Management | Recruitment and Training is highly desirable
• Position requires Travel between Overberg and Garden Route
• Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
• Contactable References and Payslips required
