Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.Manage petty cash and handle payroll processing.Financial ReportingAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Generate financial reports for management review.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial documentation.Budgeting and ForecastingAssist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
Provide financial insights and analysis to support business planning and decision-making.ComplianceEnsure compliance with local financial regulations and standards.
Assist with tax preparation and filing.Software ProficiencyUtilize MS Office Suite for various accounting and reporting tasks.
Manage financial data using EzyWine software.Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.Experience in the wine industry is advantageous.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Proficient in EzyWine software.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.How to Apply
