Assistant Process Controller : Emulsifier

Job descriptionGrade 12 or equivalent Forklift license 2 year demonstrated hands on experience in a production environment 1 year demonstrated experience in a production plant 1 year demonstrated experience in explosives production Assist with the emulsifier and raw material batch preparation Fulfil stand-in duty for the process controller during meal breaks and while on leave Must be competent in the monitoring and shut down of the system during upset conditions Must be competent in controlling the emulsifier making and batch preparation process via the PLC / HMI Stand-in as leave cover Must be able to fulfil the duties of the emulsifier / ISA Loading and general housekeeping Perform quality control testing of raw materials and products Continue to perform duties of a forklift driver May be required to assist with product loading at INNOVEX plant Production / Manufacturing jobs
